&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems linking your Broadband and phone accounts. The quickest way to get this fixed is by giving EE a call on 0330 123 1105. You can also call EE by ringing 150 on your EE Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to link my Broadband and Phone accounts, so I can view everything under one account and also take advantage of the free unlimited data add-on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately at the moment, the phones and broadband contract each have their own account and I'm unable to link them online, as I receive the below message;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;----------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Looks like you’ve linked already&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Your EE products are linked to another online account. You’ll need to log in to that account to manage them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;----------------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone able to shed any light on what steps I need to take?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
