      <title>Billed but no Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really struggling to get hold of EE to see if I can resolve the issue. I notified EE a month before my move with them, the install date is now a month later than originally quoted. So I have been without broadband for sometime however I have been billed. What have others done in this situation? It seems very unfair, as I gave good notice of the move and was even promised a free months broadband but instead I am being billed for broadband I don't yet have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
