    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;hi&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;just got the new router and wifi controls but when i go on to use the feature via the ee app it says somethings gone wrong its our fault not yours, and then back to the previous screen. Iv deleted the app and then reinstalled it but no change&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's normal, the app is complete trash, it will tell you things like you're not connected to your broadband right now so can't manage Wifi Controls when you are clearly connected. You'll see green loading spinners constantly and parts of the app it fails to load all the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
