    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need an eng. to install the router. You do it yourself. It comes with a Set-up Guide. However if you've ordered Full Fibre (FTTP) you'll need an eng. to lay the fibre to your house if not already there &amp;amp; install the ONT modem needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My new hub arrived. Ive switched from virgin media.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems so silly that i have to wait for an engineer to fit it. Is there something "special" they need to do... is it not just a case of switching the hubs over? I can do that myself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
