    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just switched from bright box router. I set the new router up and am trying to access the account on the app. It just shows my old contract, I can’t access manage details at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;also I think I am paying too much it’s £38.99 a month and I have no extra disks or anything. Had shocking service up to now and already complained.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
