Mini hub halo

We have just moved home, and have been sent a mini hub halo from EE to help with WiFi, as we have barely any signal where we are. They said on the phone our WiFi box( mini hub) would help us out until we get broadband. The hub turns on, but won’t find any signal. What do I do?

@emmalouisex11 have you tried moving the mini hub near a window? Unfortunately, if you don't get an EE mobile signal in your home it may not be suitable.

Hi, yes I have done. My partners work phone is with EE, and he gets 3 bars of signal in our kitchen near the back door, I’ve put the hub here and it’s not picked up anything
