      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE advise they are taking all BT-Personal, but offer no EE-Sales contact.&amp;nbsp; BT advise they are moving Business-only, so can't respond to BT Personal-Sales...&amp;nbsp; We have both Business (looks like just Cancel &amp;amp; walk) &amp;amp; Personal (looks like add Fibre-67 - but online response is existing-BT, so contact BT...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; How has anyone actually got in touch with EE-Personal Broadband&amp;nbsp; (FTC approx 80/20) )and/not Phone and/not TV ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE responded OK to Request for Switch-to-EE&amp;nbsp; of&amp;nbsp;a Residential-Analogue @&amp;nbsp;York, but only via the EE-Number given as a Solution on this Community.&amp;nbsp; +44 800 956 6000.&amp;nbsp; It linked from EE @ Dundee, James Lees.&amp;nbsp; 18-April-24 Switch ordered in that Call.&amp;nbsp; 1-week later the Line was digitised by "BT"... and the Voice terminated, not switched. , Late-May &amp;amp; still no EE-account details or services.&amp;nbsp; The "BT" Account is receiving ongoing Bills including those ordered with EE.....&amp;nbsp; EE's "James Lees" now fails to resopond to Emails chasing... &amp;amp; EE-Complaints have not followed-up Formal-Complaint for Switch-Progress.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else solved the backed-Switch to 18-April-24 I ordered ??&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;BT-online seem to think the Billing is BT-ongoing - definitely NOT - &amp;amp; not even an EE Start-Date yet...&amp;nbsp; With EE-Complaints section not even working, Help anyone ??&amp;nbsp; Thanks, hopefully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
