PC recognises the hub but blocks the connection via Ethernet and WiFi.

Switch back to BT hub and connects straight away. EE 2nd hub sent and same issues.Hours wasted ! Any ideas? Thanks

Does sound strange. Could your virus software be blocking the connection for some reason? If you have the option to test, temporarily disable/quit your virus protection software to rule that out.

Tried a lot of things. Hours wasted and still who knows?
Will keep to the BT router !
Re- install Ethernet driver and still no internet. The hub sees it .

All the best
Darren
************
