    <description>&lt;P&gt;Re different apps. That makes sense. &amp;nbsp;Have deleted home app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however when trying the MyEe app to control WiFi or test speed ( which is my main concern and reason I found this all out) I get this message and have done over a couple of app updates&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_2885.png" style="width: 1170px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29885i9C883A7BF4DF631A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_2885.png" alt="IMG_2885.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to setup Smart Router in EE Home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my EE broadband was activated earlier today. I plugged it to the power source and optical box and was immediately connected to internet. I can also access 192.168.1.254 for admin panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20230630_153021_Chrome.png" style="width: 1812px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/26477i214E58C216EE78DA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20230630_153021_Chrome.png" alt="Screenshot_20230630_153021_Chrome.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I tried to setup with EE Home mobile app (both iOS and Android), the same error message always pops up:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;It wasn't possible to connect to the network.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there anything in particular you need to do with the EE Home app? The majority of facilities can be done on the router itself. The app is just 1 more thing that can go wrong as you've seen &amp;amp; as EE has demonstrated with its MyEE app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The only thing you might need the EE Home app for is Access Control which can't be done on the router itself..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have same problem, i was trying to access the speedtest.&amp;nbsp; i get message you are not linked to account also, although i can see FTTP and mobile accounts all together in EE app&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
