We recently moved from BT to EE because there didn't seem to be any choice when our BT contract ended. Now we've received a bill from BT and one from EE - within a couple of days of each other. How long are they both going to bill us?

Hi @Hawkeye9

Welcome to the EE Community and thank you for posting!

I am sorry that you're receiving both a BT and EE bill. I assume that you placed your order as a new customer with EE, as opposed to regrading from BT to new EE. Have you spoken with anyone since your post?

Drop me a reply back if you still need a hand. I'll be happy to help you out from here 🙂

Thanks,

Robbie
