Hi, I have transferred to the EE/BT Digital landline but still have an old GPO Connection Box, could somebody please advise if this is still required or can I have it removed.

Thank you

It is not required & could be removed. With a Digital landline the digital phone is either plugged into the router or into a supplied adapter if the phone is required away from the router.

Once Full Fibre & its ONT is installed you can get rid of that BT socket as well as the GPO connector box.

Thanks. You have FTTP, fibre to the property. The old copper is now redundant, but it may still have 50v across the pair. If you can find where the cable comes into the house, which may be the GPO connection box, you can remove the cable and boxes after it within the house.
