    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we changed he broadband from BT to EE, in November. I said we are going to be away for 4 months, so, we aren't able to send back the kit till end of march 2024.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying to contact whit you many times but I couldn't. As I told to you&amp;nbsp; specifically before I made change the contract, I don't understand why EE sent txt for the exBT kit and want to charge for this.&amp;nbsp; As son I arrive I am going to send the kit back.&amp;nbsp; Thankfully&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
