How do I get my repayment charges credited as agreed , I now have a copy from sky of the bill

You will have to ring customer service and speak to them. Not sure what EE would have agreed as a repayment and what Sky have to do with this either.

@Brianarnotthell : EE will pay up to £50 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Broadband Contract Buyout from Old ISP.

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.
