Why cant I transfer from BT broadband and TV to EE broadband and TV?

I currently have an EE mobile account. My broadband and tv account is currently with BT. I have the sports package with BT which includes TNT Sports, Standard Netflix, and Discovery+. I would like to transfer over to EE to get my broadband and tv through them but I'm getting told I can't.

Why not?

@jonrox Are you still within your contract period with BT ?

Hi @jonrox it's not possible to transfer your TV plan from BT to EE yet. Watch this space, we'll update the community when you can.
