You got to use digital phone.. Had same hassle, EE phone did not work. Bought 2 off amazon. No good, you got buy digital one...

Could you explain what help you would like, so that we can help you?

i take it you have full fibre broadband and use a phone where you are, so why is the digital phone not working? Is your broadband working?

Broadband excellent, we got digital phone off EE,, did not work, kept on sinc phone, Was getting to me, so I bought new digital phone. All good now...
