    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise me of an email address for EE bills payment department. I paid by debit card online on 7th December &amp;amp; again on 28th December. EE is saying I have not paid 7th December…..I want to send a bank statement as proof showing clearly I have paid? I cannot ring them as phone is playing up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
