My EE App WiFi Controls not working

I have just switched from BTEE to EE Broadband. Since the switch i can't change WiFi Controls in the EE App. I've had tried resetting, reinstalling and all the advice in other threads on here.

Is there a step in the setup that's not worked correctly or something?
