    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently received a text message from EE saying I had a booked appointment in my local branch, however I did not book an appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know what this could possibly mean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m not to sure if this is routine as my broadband is not up for any sort of renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you everyone for your kind words and advice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. If you haven't booked that appointment yourself, it could be that someone has given you your mobile number by mistake.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My suggestion would be to give EE a call on 0330 123 1105 and we'll be able to check what's happening with that appointment and why you received that message.&lt;/P&gt;
