topic New Broadband Account and Upgraded 4 Family Mobiles - unable to link accounts in Broadband & Landline

Hello EE

I've just ordered Fibre for the home, and as I had 4 family mobiles on EE already, have agreed to an upgrade on these at the same time

So, I have 2 EE IDs, 1 for the Broadband, and one existing that my family mobiles are linked too.

I have tried following the migrate link (http://ee.co.uk/exp/migrate/link-your-products) - from BOTH sides (i.e. linking the mobiles to the Broadband account, and vice versa) and get the same error from both sides - that the product I'm trying to move is already linked to another account.

My concern is that I won't get the benefit (and thus discount) of having the 2 product types linked

Any suggestions?

That's right, you shouldn't have 2 EE IDs else you can't link them. You can only link them under the same EE ID.

Call CS to remove your BB MyEE a/c & then link your BB to your existing MyEE holding your 4 mobile contracts.
