&lt;P&gt;Openreach may charge for the repair, but until they see what is needed it will be hard to say.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4207578"&gt;@Debs531&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; They should be able to fix that, just be nice to the person who comes to do the repair, lots of tea/coffee choccie biscuits or even a mince pie all can help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also ask them if there is a way to run the cable so the &amp;nbsp;dog can’t do it again. If it’s a new pup a proprietary dog stop chew spray may help, it worked wonders with one dog I knew, but another seemed to quite like it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
