&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you've seen a drop in speed since you moved to EE. How are you testing your speeds are you using a wired or wireless connection? What device are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're seeing a drop in speed on wireless adjusting the location of the Hub and Smart Disk can help. As well as changing the wireless channel.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I go from 900 mbps to 125 by signing with EE on the same tariff? And I was assured on several occasions the speeds will be the exact same because its powered by BT ? I've been with EE for 2 days and already having problems . I was with BT for 10 years and every problem I came across which was rare was either compensated or solved over a live chat yet EE doesn't even have a live chat it's not the best start , I'm hoping this moan some how gets me the help I need&lt;/P&gt;</description>
