I'd recommend trying a factory reset of the Hub, use the reset pinhole button on the back of the Hub located just above the power socket and let us know if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No home internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having come out the other side of a 7 day “outage”, l have no home internet, BT router on with lights, but no connection to my laptop, have gone through the unplugging/plugging back in with the same results as previous, l seem to have internet via the BT router to my phone! I have checked the Microsoft security settings and all looks good there, apart from an update ready to happen when I get on the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
