I'm having the same issues, had 2 engineer s out can't find anything wrong but ee have said my speeds are slow, I have just got off the phone with ee and have admitted there is a known problem with the smart hub 2 and are apparently trying to fix it. I was advised to stay and don't leave until they can fix it, but they said as the know about the issues that I can leave no questions asked. Hopefully this might help people just call and tell them if you are experiencing slow wifi, devices not connecting and wifi 6 not working.
