    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was sent a new ee internet hub after the last one had faults but now I'm not sure what to do with the original. I haven't been sent a returns bag and the phone customer service options have been no help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to be charged for options I haven't been able to receive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
