I’m due to switch to EE broadband on the 20th Nov but I have not had any equipment delivered yet. How far in advance of live day does it normally arrive?

Had my kit around 3-4 days before installation. I got message to say it was on it's way via 48 hour delivery service.

Not had anything from them. Only confirmation of switch date

If you don't hear anything today, definitely chase tomorrow, my kit was delivered by Parcelforce. and scheduled for a Saturday delivery, although it arrived around 7pm the day before stated.
