Hi

I have just switched to EE FF500 from my BT 50meg copper.

download speed is spot on and around 500MB, However my upload speed has not changed and still hitting 10MB out of the advertised 73MB which seems to me to be the bare minimum.

Just wondering if anyone else had this disappointment ?

BR

Gary J

Clearly something is not right so worth getting it checked out.

That said, how are you connected to the router? Direct via an ethernet cable, or via powerline or Wi-Fi?

Could there be something locally restricting upload speeds?

Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.
