      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my name is Brian &lt;SPAN&gt;[Edited]&lt;/SPAN&gt; I am Alexandra &lt;SPAN&gt;[Edited]&lt;/SPAN&gt;'s partner...I live in **********re absolutely appalled at the way you have gone about your billing query...I got a phone call from a guy who works forBT..he put me on to one of your colleagues..who said to me and Alexandra that yous can get our broadband bill reduced,as we. Both claim benefits....he informed me to tell yourselves that it's a buyout , meaning you would pay our last bill. Roughly £30 pound....but yous have sent letters texts saying it's now more. Debt ...now we received a letter from moorcroft who buy bills what people owe ...but yous are obviously not doing your job properly...I am 52 Alexandra is my full time carer...as. I am on gold standard palliative care....been told very bad news ....now this is not a threat but my nephew is a solicitor...also my local councillor is aware ...so if this is not resolved..then your giving me thoughts to get my nephew....&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So I can help look into this further could I please confirm that you spoke with a BT agent who passed you to an EE agent to discuss a discounted tariff which would buy you out of your current BT contract?&lt;/P&gt;
