Hi I’ve had email I have not payed my broadband bill for this month so I checked my bank account and it’s been payed can you check for please or could it be a scam

@Silverfox0163 No one has account access on here there cannot check your account.

You could look at your MyEE bills to see if it has been paid. Or you could give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning.

Without seeing the details I could not say if it is a scam, but does seem likely.

Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?
