I upgraded to Fibre and as EE and BT are joining I am now with BT. The process of upgrading was horrendous and I was pulled from Pillar to post and eventually after a month of EE not doing their job properly I was upgraded and am now paying BT monthly for my Fibre. My annoyance is that EE is still trying to bill me and are now sending threatening texts about a service that I longer hold with them and they were the ones that UPGRADED ME?!?!?! I would like some feedback please EE I dont have time to sit around all day waiting for someone to answer my call and since the Chat seems to have been deactivated I had no choice but to come on here. I want this sorted out!
