Have you followed the guide, and if so at which stage is not working?

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GKC33PUJZTSDWQK6

Sometimes older echo's struggle with the combined SSID of newer routers, so you can often get round this by switching off the 5Ghz band whilst you connect the Dot's

Thank you so much. I got exhausted with all the fixes I tried. I didnt
manage to change the bandwidth. 2 dots had lost connection when we got a
new router and although the app connected to them and identified the
network. I removed the saved password on amazon and reset the dot. With a
lot of help from Amazon I put my phone as a hotspot and they connected to
that. After that they connected to my new wi fi. I dont understand why but
it worked. Thank you for replying
