      <description>&lt;P&gt;Credit on the account will be automatically used for your next bill. Therefore if you are paying by DD it will be reduced accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had a nightmare I ended up calling them and they did it there and then on&lt;BR /&gt;the phone so my bill was paid using my credit. Then following week had a&lt;BR /&gt;bank notification saying they were trying to take the bill. I rang them and&lt;BR /&gt;they assured me it was paid. It's just the bank automatically trying a week&lt;BR /&gt;later.</description>
