Hi I'm in credit on my EE account how do I use this to pay for this month's broadband bill..?? Thanks

Credit on the account will be automatically used for your next bill. Therefore if you are paying by DD it will be reduced accordingly.

Hi I'm in a similar situation yet my dd is the same and still trying to be taken any ideas why or what to do? I just want to use the credit to pay the next bill.

I had a nightmare I ended up calling them and they did it there and then on
the phone so my bill was paid using my credit. Then following week had a
bank notification saying they were trying to take the bill. I rang them and
they assured me it was paid. It's just the bank automatically trying a week
later.

@Tinternet : Did your a/c go into credit only on or after your billing date? If so, it was too late for this month's payment but will be used next month.
