Are you not using an EE router? Normally they will be auto populated into it the 1st time you connect..

Besides that EE BB Username & Pwd, which you should have been given by email, you may use instead BT's creds of bthomehub@btbroadband.com / BT.

In Using and configuring a third party router you'll find everything you need to set up your own router.

EE maintain no email contact.
