&lt;P&gt;What have they done? Have you connected the router? What lights are on Router/ONT?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, advice is often it can be any time up to midnight.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No one on here has account access, so have no idea what you have had done. Give the broadband care team a call if you need more info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
