Being EE customer for long time I have now purchased EE broadband with discount . I have added Apple TV + . I was convinced that the Netflix is included in the package ? For some reasons we cannot get Netflix work on our tv . I have never received link to activate the account .

Can you help please.

I think you have to create your own account and link to your EE account. They do not provide codes for it.
