Are you saying it works OK when plugged straight into phone socket?

Can you at least dial 17070 & does it announce your correct no. ?

Hello all

Im having issues dialling out from my land line. I can receive calls and there is a dial tone.
This issue only occurs when my land line is plugged in to my dsl adaptor. I’ve bought a new on and this has made no difference.

any advise ??

Hello

yes if I plug directly into phone socket it works fine and I can dial out.

I’ve already done the 17070 and yes this tells me the correct number and this works regardless of where it’s plugged in.

Could be a faulty filter.

What happens when you try to dial out thro' it?
