My broadband is down in Tredegar south wales wondering if anyone else is having any issues as I’ve checked everywhere and it’s saying there’s no issues be switched off my router and the small box as I’ve got broadband without a landline left everything off for 10 minutes and still nothing

Is it Full Fibre you have?

BB faults are rarely area-wide but specific to your particular line but if it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Yes it is full fibre thanks for the advice I’ll try that one bt service checker
