      <description>&lt;P&gt;Flashing Aqua light means you've no BB as the BB line has dropped.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These things occasionally happen, particularly overnight or weekends. It could be that an OR eng has accidentally disturbed your line while working at exchange or cab. It's usually back by mid-morning at the latest w/out EE even being aware of it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could text HELP followed by your landline number to 60071 but it won't be actioned until the morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3801962"&gt;@John1791&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not Aqua but purple as per the title. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The only device that shows a purple light is a Wi-Fi disk. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I know this because have one and there is a very clear difference between Aqua and Purple. &amp;nbsp; The only problem colour is the Aqua and Green if you have dimmed down the light settings as these look the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OP says it's router flashing purple. There's no purple on router but it's easy to call aqua as purple.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
