Learning Disabilities Charity Seeking 4G Broadband Access

Hi EE people,

I'm posting on behalf of a small learning disability charity in Beeston, Nottinghamshire (NG9 2LF). They need Internet connectivity and are struggling to get a broadband phoneline installed, due to some issues with the building they operate from. Is there a discounted 4G Broadband they could get from EE?
