Broadband randomly turns off

Hi i have a long ongoing problem with my broadband, it keeps turning off and back on again it does this at least a few times a day and sometimes more and when checking the logs for the router it just says that it was turned off so i think it a power issue and i have tried plugging it in at other sockets and it's just the same. It can get very frustrating when you are watching a movie ore playing a game and it just shuts down. Any help would be amazing

@vile_breath have you spoken to the broadband care team about getting another router?

Which router do you have?

A copy of the router logs may help with more clues.

Don't worry i got it sorted getting another router sent out in the next few days
