Hello,

We recently moved to EE for broadband and i have had a bobcat helium miner for around 2 years working on the old talk talk network. When we installed the new router and started with EE, the miner continued to work for around 2 weeks. We then had an engineer out to increase the speeds who made a few adjustments at the box. Since then, the bobcat helium miner hasnt worked. I have been told by support it could be a limitation by EE. Please can anyone advise? I have tried a DMZ but this didnt work, also no ports need to be forwarded anymore but i did try the original ports that were required. Do EE allow helium miners to operate? Thanks in advance.
