Autistic person here,

I can't use phone calls without causing a panic attack and feeling sick and so what other options do I have to cancel my broadband.

Ee you shud b strung across the street for this scam.

What scam? How does your disability prevent you using BB?

ring up or post a letter which I can't do.....

I don't want to ring up to have some cendescending idiot try and twist my choice to leave like an abusive relationship.

Why post an address as if I didn't just say above I'm bedbound so can't just tottle off to the post box. Why is that difficult to read b4 replying

Contract ended a year ago and av been stuck on sum expensive tarrif.

Non functioning and unsupported.

What is this company doin ? excelling at customers best interests or trappin ppl who can't understand why I wouldn't automatically be renewed at the cheapest options

Currently Pay twice as much as me neighbor and get slower speeds than they do.
