Look at the Advanced Settings > My Network > My Devices page.

I’ve tried using the EE app.

i can’t see anywhere to access Advanced Settings.

the interface is really basic, unhelpful, and incredibly slow.

i thought the BT router interface was bad, but this is worse

I wasn't talking about the app but about the router itself. Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then look at the Advanced Settings > My Network > My Devices page.

No, @Brandon4567 , it just looks like a list of devices for accessing their guides from the EE site, http://deviceguides.ee.co.uk/

Do you possess all those devices?
