You can always get a 2nd Home BB line laid to your home from any ISP. It doesn't have to be the same ISP as for your existing BB. It'll probably come in to the house near the the existing phone socket. Whether they would continue it to your garden room would be questionable.

I was wondering if anyone knowledgable would be able to give me the options I have for getting broadband into my garden room.

1. Cat5/Cat6 cable running from house

(ideally don't want to 'dilute' the broadband we have already as it is bad enough for what we are currently running over wifi/internet)

Are there any other options?

Is the stand alone 4g or 5g home router an option?

Can I get a whole new line into the garden room and have its own broadband? Do I have to move to a business account to do so? How much does this cost?

I know BT offered a second dedicated line into your home - is this available on ee as they are part of the same group or was this a limited offer? Not possible as its not the same 'building'.

Is there alternatives I haven't thought about?

As you may be able to tell , I am so confused.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts/information.
