    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need the Net to access the router. What's mobile data got to do with it? You connect to it by WiFi or Ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Wifi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wifi has not been working for 2 and a half hours now, I’ve called the number but they are closed. I have restarted my router many times and changed the wires but it still is not working. It keeps flashing yellow will go green for a minute but then back to flashing yellow. I checked if there was an issue in my area when it first went down and it said there was not. I don’t know what else to try can anyone please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What does it say after you log into the router:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a BrightBox: in the Internet section on the initial Status page or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings &amp;gt; Broadband &amp;gt; Internet page?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Obscure your names &amp;amp; any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address. This might tell us at which stage EE have got to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was already with EE via mobile contract and switched to the EE broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a fibre smart meter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it will not let me access my advanced settings on my mobile data keeps saying no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no dial tone on the phone and it will not ring out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
