You can change your direct debit by logging in to your My EE and following these steps:

go to Menu > Bill and payments > Direct Debit.

@Katie_B : You can't change the DD date that way, only bank details.

If the customer goes 'Bills and payments' within the app and scrolls to the bottom they will see the option to change direct debit date.

I will attach a screenshot as this could help other users in the future.
