Which wire? The 1 between the router & the phone socket or the 1 between the router & your PC?

Hi @Kelbel861 9you could call the Broadband Care Team, or just go to your favourite place and buy a new one. They are not expensive, and may be your quickest way to get a new one.

Assuming from what you have said it is the cable between the router and filter then a standard RJ11 is available from many local shops, see :
