getting ripped off again for the last 5 months. They are taking £2.28 for payg calls for my landline.

its happened twice before, I have not got a phone for my landline (dont need one) and they know that.

EE are just greedy and dont give a damn about you and blame it on the computer system- liars

im making it public and im seeing my local mp this weekend

If you have Fibre BB see if you can switch to Fibre Without Landline. That'll save you £2.28 pm.

@endgame7 If you don’t have a phone for your line then how do EE try and charge you for this. ? How would this come about if a phone wasn’t connected to the line. Perhaps that glitch that EE told you about that you don’t believe. Things don’t just happen for no reason or you won’t get that charge wound you.

@Christopher_G : It's the standard add-on charge for PAYG calling for Fibre BB when you ordered it with Landline. It's not call charges themselves.

Pay as you go call – for Fibre £2.28
Telephone call service with no inclusive calls, any calls made will be charged at our standard rates as shown in this Price Guide.

@Chris_B : Yes, normal Fibre comes with landline especially if you've had it a long time. Not all exchanges can offer SoGEA (no landline service) & it only came in not so long ago.

At that time you could only get BB with landline services. It's since then that EE started selling Fibre Without Landline. Hence my earlier suggestion to now switch to it.
