EE don't issue free email addresses with their broadband service. If you want to get a new email account from one of the likes of Hotmail/Outlook, GMail, or similar, then you're able to.

It's rarely a good idea to rely on ISP-email in any case.

@Lm43 : Further to the above I expect that Sky won't allow you to keep your Sky email addy or if they do they will start charging for it.
