topic Two Accounts in Broadband & Landline

Hi.

Just opened 2 EE acounts for 2 different locations. At present I'm receiving texts about setup which have no indication of which location they refer to. In adition 'My EE' only contains reference to one of the accounts, but doesn't state which. Does anyone please have experience of this situation and how to resolve it? If not I'm off back to BT! Thanks.

You need to add the 2nd a/c to your MyEE for BB yourself.

If they are not id'ed by landline no. they will be id'ed by a/c no. which you will find in your Welcome emails.

Thanks for the helpful reply. In fact I asked EE to register the 2nd account under another email address, so hopefully all is now fine. If not I will certainly implement your suggestion.

Thanks again.
