Stop the payment at 31.01.2023

my contract ending by the end of January, I want to stop the contract and want to start the top up after ward? And I want to stop the contract service by the end of this month and stop the payment withdrwal after.

Can you please help me with this I want to start the top up? How can I do this.

@raigal2000 you need to call customer services to inform them of this and give them 30 days notice of termination and request to change to a pay-as-you-go.

@raigal2000 : What top-up? You can't have EE Home BB on PAYG.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 3) in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM or if you're moving to FTTP, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.
